Small team, hands-on care

We believe in whole-body development, playful connection and the power of early support. Every session is child-led and play-based, because engagement is what makes progress last.

Laura Hinojosa

OTR, MSOT

Laura has been an OT since 2015, working with infants and older kiddos in outpatient and home health settings. Joining Kinspire is a full-circle move: Dennise mentored and trained her for five years, and in Laura’s words, she learned from the best and is happy to be back learning and growing with her.

Off the clock, she’s reading (hello, book club), working out, going to concerts, traveling and spending time with the people she loves.

Christina McGhee

COTA

Christina earned her associate degree in Occupational Therapy Assisting at St. Philip’s College. Through home support, ABA therapy and pediatric fieldwork, she found her passion: helping kids grow, build confidence and discover what they can do through play. She loves finding fun, creative ways to work movement and everyday activities into learning.

She moved to San Antonio from Portland, Oregon, in 2023. In her free time she reads, paints and gets outdoors, and she always welcomes a good restaurant recommendation.
